I have always found it very interesting that they call it
"News England Cable News". Why? Better then 95%
of the stories are in Massachusetts, Connecticut or
Rhode Island. So why bother to rely on them?
Tonight I was watching the weather forcast just before
9pm, they displayed the area that was affected by a flood
watch. The report had mentioned the affected counties
in Massachusetts. Did the fine folks at New England
Cable News forget that Vermont, New Hampshire and
Maine are also part of New England? The major part
of the flood area is in coastal Maine and New Hampshire!
I ended up switching to CBS Portland, Maine affiliate
WGME channel 13 to only find my county to be affected.
This is just another example of why I call them* SOUTHERN*
New England Cable News!
Take Care,
Roy Lawrence
