How about Ned Martin who broadcast the Red Sox games from 1960 to 1992
on radio, broadcast TV, or cable? That is a record for longevity with
one team that has not been equaled. The only person who comes close is
Ernie Harwell of the Tigers but he missed a year. (He was fired then
brought back.)
