Out of the question. CBS has six months to unload WRKO, WEEI, WAAF and
WEGQ.

The stations are currently being looked after by a longtime Infinity
attorney Steve Lerman in Washington,DC. Lerman is one of the most
successful, best known broadcast attorneys in the country. He represented
Infinity Broadcasting in a number indecency cases which FCC filed against
Stern and his stations stations. He also represnted two original Infinity
investors when WBCN's license was being disputed by the station's union
in the early 80's.
