Air Check Scoping

I'm burning a scoped air-check on CD.
For ease of review and access, a track
number will be assigned for each break/
sweeper/etc.  When timing tracks, the
question arises:  Should I place the track
start at the DJ's voice or at the scope point?

Example:
DJ Intro(over music), post, snippet of music<edit>end of music, DJ outro,   
etc.

Should the track start at "<edit>" or at "DJ outro?
