has an article that may be of interest on the "broken promises" of the "Big
Broadcasters" who argued for more deregulation in 1996 and promised more
experimentation hence more diversity as a result of multi-ownership.
Americans for Radio Diversity has been formed with "thousands" of listener
members. An era of microbroadcasters has begun. Will the FCC respond?
