Phil, RIP

One of Hartman's greatest send-ups was his imitation of former NY Gov. Mario
Cuomo as a candidate for the Dem. Pres. nomination.  All of the hopeful's
likenesses were represented in the skit and all were trying to outdo each
other for reasons _not_ to vote for themselves.  Hartman as Cuomo: "I HAVE
MOB TIES!"   A voice silenced.
