98.9 is WXXW Webster; you'll find it on page 300 of the 1996
M Street directory, top of the third column.  That's why they
have the directory by frequency in the rear of the book...

The new directory is SUPPOSEDLY at the printer; I'll believe
it when it appears in my mailbox (and hey, what about the $129
I paid last year for a year of the newsletter PLUS directory?)
