WLWC switches affilliations

WLWC (Channel 28, New Bedford) seems to have switched affilliations from
Warner Brothers to Paramount. "WB28" to "UPN28". I thought that this change
wasn't supposed to take place until 1999. A friend tells me that the station
made a brief announcement sometime this week on-air, and then pulled the
plug on WB. Too bad I missed it.
