He should take a closer look at the book.  Boston stations typically
account for 45+% of the shares in the Manchester book.  There are Boston
stations that command larger shares than either WQLL or WFEA. Nashua and
Salem aren't part of the Manchester metro anyway...Saga and Knight long
opposed expanding the metro because it gave their stations artificially
high numbers.
