I recently received copies of a couple different catalogs of old
radio programs on cassettes and CDs that have a lot more and different
material than others I have seen. If you went through those, you might Lone
Ranger episodes with the various lead actors. The company is Radio
Yesteryear, Box C, Sandy Hook CT 06482, (800) 243-0987;
radio@yesteryear.com. The catalogs seem to differ somewhat from each other.
The more interesting is called "What's on the Air." There's all sorts of
material way beyond the usual famous entertainment programs. For example,
it offers an apparently untelescoped recording of NBC on D-Day and the
following day, the regular shows and the news specials that interrupted.
Only $200 for 38 cassettes covering 40 hours.
