CBS/ARS Divestment.

This whole scenario seems pretty unlikely to me.  1150 is such a worthless
signal, I don't know why they don't just turn in the license...the electric
bill for the transmitter must exceed even potential revenue for that
station.  Secondly, WZLX may be in the middle of the pack as far as
ratings, but if I'm not mistaken, their billings are quite high...and let's
face it, the bottom line is what counts (as it should be).
