WBZ did just that a few years ago.  It was fun listening to Bruds on
SAP while Entertainment Tonight was on the tube.  Now, alas, they
just rebroadcast the main channel.  But at least WGBH still plays the
BBC in their SAP channel, or at least they did last time I checked.
