I believe they are affiliated with CNN insofar as they have access to
any of the news actualities that CNN runs....and in return they run so
many spots for CNNRadio....

Network affiliation in radio today has far less to do with programming..
..but with sales and clearing spots. ...either for cash, or in exchange
for some programming...
