Aw, give the Globe a break. It was just a typo. He got call -- and
frequency -- right a few paragraphs later.

BTW, the same lineup, presented by WWYZ Waterbury/Hartford, put nearly
40,000 into the Big E grounds in W. Springfield Saturday. Of course this
is Southern and Western New England...

Has this group ever discussed the WWYZ/WPKX phenomenon, why Hartford and
Springfield seem to go for country in much bigger numbers than
Boston/Providence? I sort of understand the "cosmopolitan" nature of the
Boston listener, but why has Providence resisted? And why has country
never made an impact in Worcester?
