It's one of those classes no longer offered in the course catalog: Analog
101. To this listener, "quarter past three" sounds alot better than
"fifteen past three". Solution: deep six the digital clocks, get a big
round sucker with hands and everything and proudly display it without
instructions. <gripe on> LOCAL jocks or talkers who say "fifteen past the
hour" Nuff said. <gripe off>
