College radio was my start and we picked up the former ABC FM News which
fed at :15 then later moved to :38.  We read a minute, talked up to the
feed and 1-2" out.  Good experience in talking the clock, ripping the AP
and tryiing to sound believable on a less-than-believable source (college
radio).  (WJUL in Lowell, MA late 70s early 80s)
