Not surprisingly, almost ALL AM Boston stations come in to Nova Scotia, all
the way up & down the coast including Halifax. 850 is the strongest of the
bunch. WBZ is one of the weakest. This makes sense since almost all Boston
AMs beam ENE towards the southern coast of NS. Even WJIB's 250 big ones
cover a 150-mile-long stretch of NS coastline (and up to 30 miles inward)
with a decent listenable signal without static. WJIb does not make it all
the way east to Halifax though. 740, by then, gets occupied by the Marystown
Nfld 740 station which is a repeater of 590 in St Johns Nfld.
