I have fond radio memories of WHEB-FM from the mid seventies.  They came in
quite well on the FM cable when I worked at WCFR, Springfield Vermont... they
were Top 40, "stereo - HEB".  They were a personality Top 40, and a darn good
one.  Their PD was a gentlemen named Andy Carey, who I think worked his way
down to Boston at WCOZ.  He was quite talented, and as I understand it,
passed away in the early eighties.
