was still playing music-- getting great ratings too (those were the days).

And the station sounded great!  (WHDH, "The Brady Years" <that was those
years right?> rank as one of my favorite stations of all time.  Real
Perosnalities, real mass-appeal music, news, some talk, EVERYTHING!  It was a
great station!)

Jess Cain, who was wonderful to work with, did mornings-- Pudge Flynn was
his tech, I believe... I thought I saw Jess's name recently-- he used to do
some local theatre...

Funny, after Jess retired....and the radio community rallied around him to
say "Happy Retirement" or something....He seem to have vanished.  I thought
he would be like Car Desuze and Dave Maynard....kinda like 'Goodwill
Ambassadors" or something...

I also, heard he is/was having a bout with prostate cancer...
 but whatever happened to Pudge?
