WMDK

How many people enjoyed the former WSLE Peterborough (92.1) as much as I
did?  I spent many a weekend on the Sowhegan (sp?) River listening to folk,
jazz , etc., which fit the scene in the Monadnock region very well.  Live
at the Folkway was always a best kept secret but great performances by
national acts who would sort of sneak in to try out new stuff while SLE
b'cast the whole thing.  I think the DJ/host was named Mary.    I believe
they were only @ 125 watts atop Pack Monadnock and could reach Lowell in
stereo...line of sight...an amazing thing.  When they changed to WMDK they
lost a great deal, and then this Q thing they have going on, well, never
mind.
