In looking through the TV Guide I bought when visiting Barre, Vermont 
last weekend, I can't find many differences in channel 5 and 31 
programming.  Every so often, channel 31 has an infomercial when channel 
5 does not.  Channel 31 seems to sign off after NBC programming ends 
while channel 5 carries local or overnight network news.
