Don't bet on this.  One of our stations was the subject of a random
inspection in December (we passed).  The inspector was a new guy, one of
two recently transferred to Boston from the now-closed FCC Buffalo office.

It pays to pay attention to the rules, especially if there is a recently
expanded FCC field office in your coverage area.

I wonder if anyone from the FCC is on this mailing list?
