Whitley told Boston Herlad radio columnist this in a story which ran
sometime last week; he is leaving before the completion of the summer book,
too. (I believe the first week in June.)

Also, anyone reading the society column in the Boston Globe today (page C2,
I believe) will be pleased to know that WRPT in Ashland went on the air
yesterday, according to one fine reporter, Susan Bicklehaupt. (The column
is co-written, but any radio messups should be assumed her fault).
