Where to place the name

I've seen a couple of posts regarding alleged media bias based on whose 
name comes first. My own  philosophy is...whatever way makes the most sense 
to the story.  If person 'a' makes a statement to which person 'b' 
responds, then 'a' comes first.  I could care less what political party or 
cause is involved.  What I care about is the clarity of the story.  I don't 
want the listener to stare at the radio wondering just what the hell was 
all that about.
 From listening to WBZ quite often I detect absolutely nothing that would 
indicate bias.  They seem to play it straight down the middle in terms of 
coverage.  Given their position and history I would expect nothing else.
Just my two cents.  Now its off to anchor the coverage tonight and wait for 
those vital returns from Fort Kent.   :)
