Another Boston pirate gone?

To make things even more confusing, “NBC 10 Boston” is actually 15.1… 

This new WWOO is using the wrong virtual channel number. Not sure what virtual channel it’s supposed to be.

Neither is supposed to use 10 because of the proximity to WJAR in Providence.
