WATD(AM) now WBMS

Ed Perry requested new calls on Friday for his WATD (1460 Brockton);
it will now be WBMS.  Maybe this means he's close to putting the
construction permit facility back on the air?  His last silent STA was
filed early last month, and reported that the temporary longwire
antenna the station has been using on and off since 2016 needed to be
removed in order to erect the tower for the new facility.
