WMFP secondary channels down?

The secondary digital channels of WMFP (RF ch 18) seem to be out of 
order today, with a black screen on channels 62.3, 62.4, and also 60.5 
(NBC).  Channel 62.1 (SonLife network) is on the air as usual.

Is WMFP starting to shut down its transmission operations?
