Feds raid pirate radio stations

Quite a few radios can get 87.7. FCC noted that there was no license
granted for a TV Channel 6 with audio around 87.75 MHz in that location.I
know there have been some "Franken-FMs" out there..also pirates can throw
spurious signals out, right?
