No, it's owned by Cape Cod Broadcasting (aka Sandab Communications), who 
bought it in 2007.

Charles River Broadcasting survived as a subsidiary of Greater Media and 
was the formal licensee of WKLB until Greater Media's recent acquisition 
by Beaseley.
