Norway goes Digital, eliminates FM radio

I'm quite sure that has changed. Perhaps Scott or someone else can comment
with the details. The AM to FM translators certainly aren't being fed over
the air.

Translators in the commercial band (above 91.9) must be fed off the air,
unless that's changed recently.
