CRTC approves WBTS-LD for Canadian carriage

Early this morning the only ID showing on Comcast is WBTS-TV

My understanding of the CRTC rules are the relay to the uplink must be the
over the air signal - so Canada is most likely getting WBTS-LD
In Massachusetts the signal we get on Comcast is direct fiber to the
headend.
