That is the challenge that every radio station program director has:
To put aside personal likes and dislikes and craft a playlist which will 
attract the most listeners.

Seems to me that Mr. Fuller is doing a pretty good job. His stations are 
supplying a format unduplicated in their markets that has proven success in 
many major markets (EX: WCBS-FM)
