WLLH Lowell Transmitter Off The Air

Charlestown, last I heard. It's technically legal because you can put
the main studio anywhere that's within the primary contour of anything
licensed to either Lawrence or Lowell, and WEEI-FM, WCRB and WMFP-TV all
count for that.
