Brian Dogde slapped by FCC, finally

It may have been taken down when the license was deleted.. it was "OK" in
terms of overgrown/not overgrown when i was there.. although you coudl walk
right up to the AM tower, if i recall correctly.. i honestly dont rememebr
a fence being there.
