[B-R-I] Re: 60.5

You'll have to take that one up with NBC.  NBC would probably argue that 
since "WBTS" is the name for the NBC programming, that label should go 
on 60-5.  What are the labels on the various subchannels of WNEU and 
WBTS-LD, anyway?
