Just as one data point, I Just got back from a Lex - Woburn round trip,
monitoring 101.3 all the way.  I heard nothing but white noise.
Dunno whether the pirate was actually OTA.

So that may mean the pirate is no problem up here, and it may also
mean that WJIB/FM will be equally inaudible.
