Trump SNL show may result in time for other candidates

I recall hearing in 1973, when the animated version of Star Trek started 
to air Saturday mornings on NBC, that because George Takei was running 
for LA City Council, episodes in which Sulu (voiced by Takei) appeared 
could not be run in LA until after the election.
