It's not going to be much of a signal in either of those areas. They're
barely within the 0.5 day contour.
What it's really about is providing an AM facility on which Costa-Eagle
can hang one of the two FM translators it's buying from Brian Dodge.
(For which Dodge will walk away $150k richer.)
