What I can't figure out is why they keep trying. At some point doesn't this
become as felony?

The building on Blue Hill Ave across from Franklin Park where 101.3
transmits from (has for close to 10 years now, and been raided at least
once) now has 4 pirates on it. In addition to 101.3, they now house 87.7,
91.7 (Why isn't WUMB complaining?), and 105.3.

If 101.3 is properly modulated and not putting out spurs, it's probably not
causing interference to 101.7. No one at Eyeheart may have noticed it.
