The problem was Arbitron disry keepers hearing "WCLB" and writing down 
"WCRB". The problem became immediately evident to WCLB's management (still 
Fairbanks Broadcasting, I think), and they applied to change to "WKLB" 
without any encoouragement from WCRB.
