WPNI?

[A Joseph Ross]

WPNI 1430 Amherst was, last I heard, relaying WUMB.  But when I was in 
the area at the end of April, I couldn't find anything on the air at 
that frequency.  Did they go off the air or was there just a malfunction 
of some sort when I was looking for them?
