This is going to get very political and rules and windows can get changed
if Congress says so.
Touch FM was born when Radio One took the cash from Entercom and sold
WILD-FM and also just ignored WILD-AM.
Perhaps a solution is Clemons working out a LMA with Radio One and then see
if by moving the 1090 transmitter into Roxbury it could be granted night
authorization ( yes I am aware that WBAL is a problem but Hearst having a
major presence in Boston with WCVB might be willing to sign off on it)
Getting a legal FM seems impossible at this point unless there was a way to
find WRBB a new frequency and then let Clemons use 104.9.
The one thing Clemons has going for him was that he ran a very respectable
operation and has strong community support.
