There
 are a fair number of stations we've discussed here over the years that 
are licensed to an unincorporated area, which are generally rare in New England and more common outside the region. (That was a 
big adjustment when I moved outside of New England -- I didn't 
understand how there could be a "town" when it wasn't really a town!)
