A number of years after that crash, I was in Radio Shack in Coolidge 
Corner and overheard a woman telling the clerk at the register about the 
crash.  I chimed in that I remembered the crash (I was listening to the 
news on WEEI that morning), and it turned out Chip Whitmore was her husband.
