WCAP returned to the air sometime between 4;30 & 5:45PM this afternoon. Can't determine if they're putting out the full 5KW. Be curious if any of the list folks down towards Boston and Methuen way can chime in and tell us how well WCAP reception is in your neighborhood. Mark Watson
