Supposedly an insider at the station (as the Herald gossip column would
say, Someone Who Knows) said she had been fired earlier yesterday, and the
tone of the note written by Peter Casey made it sound like they had
dismissed her. One would have hoped that had she decided to quit she should
have told
that to her employer.
