This raises something that has puzzled me for several months. WCVB-TV from time-to-time has run ads for WXKS-FM in their local news and adjacencies to ABC'TV's "This Week" at 9:59 am on Sundays. I haven't seen any lately, possibly because numerous advertisers are clamoring for avails right now during the holiday season. But if they resume shortly into MMXIV, I have to wonder if Kiss 108 thinks there's a significant cohort of teenagers watching the news or a Sunday morning talking-heads show whom they can attract away from the other four stations in town with a similar format (co-owned 94.5; 96.9; 101.7; & 103.3). WBZ-TV has run ads for WODS-103.3 in its newcasts, but they're both owned by CBS.
