I spoke to Alex back when WSRO had its big party.  There are three
distinct Portuguese-speaking communities in Massachusetts: Brazilians
in MetroWest and in Allston; Portuguese in New Bedford and Fall River;
and Cape Verdeans (not sure where the big community is --
Dorchester?).  Each of these communities wants its own distinct
programming and isn't interested int the programs the others like.
