WPKZ To Air Yankees Games

I'm surprised that two Worcester-licensed AMs (WVEI and WCRN) would
both have carried the Red Sox PBP. Wouldn't that violate an FCC rule?
(Multiple non-co-owned stations on the same band licensed to the same
community simulcasting for a substantial percentage of the broadcast
week.) There are probably many communities around the US where
multiple AMs licensed to the same community simulcast network news
for five or six minutes per hour, but that's not quite the same as
simulcasting months of baseball games that last at least 2-1/2 hours
each.
