As for SiriusXM churn, I can vouch that they are extremely generous with their "come back to XM" offers. Usually all you have to do is threaten to cancel and they'll sign you up for $25 for 6 months. Repeat as necessary. I'm sure this is a significant cause for their low cancellation rate.
